EEG Amendment Cutting Solar Tariffs Promulgated

The latest amendment of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) that cuts solar feed-in tariffs, makes changes concerning biomass power plants and contains a few changes that relate to all renewable energy forms, has been promulgated in the Federal Law Gazette. With a few exceptions the changes entered into force retroactively on 1 April 2012.
