E.ON Ruhrgas Makes Concessions in Gas Market Dispute with Brussels

In its dispute with Brussels about an alleged abuse of a dominant position, E.ON Ruhrgas, a subsidiary of E.ON AG, apparently offered to improve access to the gas grid for competitors. According to Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Commissioner Neelie Kroes wants to declare the commitments legally binding if the major competitors do not voice serious objections.
