Nuclear Back-up Power Plant to be Treated like Other Back-up Power Plants

The nuclear power back-up plant that can be designated by the Federal Network Agency until September pursuant to the recent 13th amendment of the Atomic Energy Act (AtG) that provides for a nuclear phase-out until 2022, is to be treated like any other back-up power plant, an answer by the government to a minor interpellation by members of the Green party stated.
